Freestone Millworks™ is committed to providing high quality products that meet customer needs in demanding applications. All products are manufactured to meet high standards for performance and durability.  However, similar to other natural and synthetic materials, there are product limitations.  Proper handling during shipment and installation and proper care over the life of the product are required.  Furthermore, due to the use of natural raw materials, product appearance will vary much like natural stone materials.  Freestone Millworks™ will strive to provide products as portrayed on the website, but subtle variations in color, patterns, textures, etc. are to be expected. Freestone Millworks™ items are packed and shipped to ensure proper delivery.  We ship primarily via FedEx, UPS or USPS and include insurance in the shipping costs.  When your item is shipped, we will notify you and provide a tracking number with an estimated date of delivery.  Any special shipping or handling needs should be noted when the order is placed and before shipping.  The customer is responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery and refusing any damaged goods.  In the event a product is damaged in shipping, Freestone Millworks™ will attempt to replace the original item or else will endeavor to provide a similar substitute item.  For further details refer to POLICIES/SHIPPING page.
